Yes, this week is a flower week. No question, on sunday is Mothers Day.
So, flowers for our mom! Besides a bouquet, a sunday breakfast or a new book something made by our own is always a good idea.
What about a decorative new doily?
Your mom can use this as a mat for coffee or tea pot or as a plate for a flower vase (maybe with your Mother’s Day flowers?) or just to decorate the table or the shelf.
You can do a version without the message, means the centered rose, or as rose doily with the writing „Beste Mama“ (best mom).
And when you plan to use the rose elsewhere then embroider it where you like: every file comes as applique as well.

Our second file this week is „Mandala Flowers“.
Floral mandalas or mandalas in flower style.
Partially they look like made by hand with thick hand embroidery yarn. Nevertheless you are still using 40 thread.
A special technique makes the job 😉
The pin cushion I made with the mandalas perfectly matches the rose doilies.
Aren’t they looking like pillows for dolls?
I like YoYo’s very much, these here are 2cm.
