Herbs Plugs

I like fresh herbs. So I have a lot of them in my garden. When cooking I am going out for just the leaves I need.

Especially the summer recipes need a lot of fresh herbs like rosemary, basil, oregano and thyme. Did you try lavender for cooking? My fresh strawberry jam tastes great. I even used rosemary for jam.

Zucchini need a handful of herbs.

But sometimes I am mixing one herb with the other. Look at thyme and oregano. They don’t look same, but for me … I can’t see the difference. So it is a good idea to name the herbs in their pots or in the herb bed.

I am never failing with rosemary, but the label simpoly looks great.

All these herbs plugs a made by myself.

This is really easy to do.

You simply need some woolfelt, applique fabric and a wooden skewer.

And of course our new embroidery file for the 10x10cm hoop with plugs for 10 herbs.

When your plugs are embroidered you should embellish them with ribbons and buttons.
