I made me a self present and bought a complete package with fabric including the instruction for a quilt that will be applied.
Of course I have plenty of fabrics at home. But the package looked that nice, and for all of the 35 pieces I would need everything was there in the right size.
Unfortunately I did not realize that the instructions are in English only. There was no hint in the web shop. But I will make it through the many many pages, it’s me, Tatjana! So the first of the 9 total blocks I made in 2 days.

To keep it thrilling I will not show the whole quilt.
Tada, here is the first block.
Each of the little houses will be embroidered by hand afterwards. The doors have handles, the windows a crossbar.
I am applying this invisibly, a lot of work, but it is worth it.
And Susanne, my sewing friend from Pyrbaum, will be very proud of me.
Most probabely it will take a lot of time. My goal is to be ready on Christmas, sure 2013!
As I now commited my goal here publicly there always be somebody, who is kicking me, when I am lazy.
So girls, keep kicking.
